My mission as a certified Business/Leadership Coach, is to leverage my experience, training and understanding to support and inspire business and community leaders in realizing their inherent potential while living a life of personal fulfillment.

As business and community leaders we know to surround ourselves with people and organizations that are smarter and better at what they do than we are ourselves. We know that we must focus on the 20% of the actions that produce 80% of the results. The challenge is, we often get caught up in the day-to-day challenges and activities of our businesses, organizations, communities and families, and we become tactical rather than strategic in our actions. We fall in to the old habit of being reactive rather than proactive. As leaders, we have an obligation to building positive interdependent relationships with business & business organizations, churches & non-profits in our community, our employees, and with our family & friends to foster win-win relationships. To focus on the actions that produce the highest and best results.

The relationship between a coach and client is Co-Creative, meaning we both have an active role. I am not a therapist, counselor or consultant, I am a trained, certified coach using honed communication skills to support you as a detached thinking partner. Together we create more power for you to effect meaningful change and take dynamic actions towards your mission goals. That is what makes coaching a powerful tool and such a great value for those committed to being effective leaders and affecting real change in their organizations and in their lives.
